Retained search

We suggest this model when there is a requirement for senior position and is critical and highly confidential to the clients. In this model we provide the following services:

Dedicated senior recruiter to work for the client.
Carrying out market research on the requirement and a Long list will be provided to the client.
Preparing a comprehensive assessment report of each candidate and submitting to the client.
Support in setting expectations on both client and candidate.
Providing assistance in offer negotiation and Handholding the candidate until s/he joins.
Submitting weekly report to the client.

Contingent search

We suggest contingent search model when the positions are at middle management level. We follow the same process mentioned in the retained search, but won’t be providing Long list, weekly reports, dedicated senior recruiter and market research data. However, LeaderMatch is flexible in providing some of the retained search processes based on client’s need and criticality of the position.
